established nearly three decades ago, it is a decently known spot for those with a hidden agenda to seek refuge in.
the foxglove is a cubby of a sort tucked away in the shroud. the foxglove looks warm and cozy and it is. however, it is a neutral ground for some to meet for business while having a drink or two.
it is the meeting place for a not-so-popular group called the shrouded kalongs. they are charitable enough to let people use it.
there's nothing truly valuable to steal. some of the books aren't even real so it's best to just keep your nose to your own business.
